Přemysl currently leads a team maintaining and developing energy management systems (EMS) at ČEPS, a.s. His main focus areas are power system analysis, mathematical optimization, data modeling (CIM), and enterprise architecture. He has more than ten years of experience in the area of power system security analysis. Since 2019 he has led an internal project focused on adoption of machine learning techniques for transmission system operators. 

Nir Shlezinger is an assistant professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering in Ben-Gurion University, Israel. He received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in 2011, 2013, and 2017, respectively, from Ben-Gurion University, Israel, all in electrical and computer engineering. From 2017 to 2019 he was a postdoctoral researcher in the Technion, and from 2019 to 2020 he was a postdoctoral researcher in Weizmann Institute of Science, where he was awarded the FGS prize for outstanding achievements in postdoctoral research. His research interests lie in the intersection of signal processing, machine learning, communications, and information theory.

Dr. Yossi Adi is an Assistant Professor at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a (part-time) Research Scientist at FAIR. Yossi completed his Ph.D. in computer science at Bar-Ilan University. Yossi's research interests are in speech and language processing using machine learning and deep learning models. Yossi's research spans core machine learning and deep learning algorithms, their applications to spoken language processing, and the impact of the technology on social systems.

Prof. Eyal Zimlichman is an internal medicine physician, a health care executive and a researcher focused on assessing and improving health care quality and value, patient engagement and patient safety. Prof. Zimlichman currently serves as Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Innovation Officer at Sheba Medical Center, Israel's largest hospital. In this position he oversees the transformation efforts carried out at the Medical Center as it aims to redesign healthcare to be focused on patients, while being more effective, efficient and equitable. For these reasons, Prof. Zimlichman founded Sheba’s global innovation program (ARC – Accelerate, Redesign and Collaborate). Prior to this Prof. Zimlichman held the position of Chief Medical Officer and before that as Chief Quality Officer, both at Sheba. Preceding his work at Sheba, Prof. Zimlichman held the position of Lead Researcher at Partners Health Care Clinical Affairs Department in Boston where he was involved in the efforts to bring about a strategic care redesign initiative. In that capacity, Prof. Zimlichman established their program for collecting and reporting patient reported outcomes across the continuum of care, a program that earned international appraisal. During that time, Prof. Zimlichman held an appointment at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School affiliated Center for Patient Safety Research and Practice, where he conducted research on implementing technology to improve quality and patient safety. Prof. Zimlichman is a founding member of the International Academy of Quality and Safety in Health Care and an International Expert at the International Society of Quality in Healthcare (ISQua). He also served as an advisor to the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In 2007 Prof. Zimlichman was selected as a member of Sheba's Talpiot Medical Leadership Program, a program aimed at advancing the brightest young physicians into leadership roles. In 2017 he was appointed head of the program. Prof. Zimlichman is a graduate of the Harvard School of Public Health Master of Science in Healthcare Management program and has earned his MD at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Hila is a PhD student and lecturer at Tel-Aviv University, advised by Prof. Lior Wolf. Additionally, Hila is currently an intern at Google Research in Tel-Aviv. Her research focuses on constructing faithful explainable AI algorithms, and leveraging explanations to promote model accuracy and robustness. Hila has recently received a 3-year scholarship for distinguished PhD candidates, awarded by the Israeli Council for Higher Education.

Omer holds a BSc in mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University. Previously, Omer was the founder and CEO of NeoWize, an AI startup acquired by Oddity. In 2021 Omer joined Google Research, as part of a team that uses AI to address the global climate crisis. Today, Omer leads a team that uses satellite imagery to help detect and predict wildfires. Omer’s main research interest is the usage of machine learning for good and he is a founder and head of the board at Effective Altruism Israel.

Moni Shahar (PhD) holds first degrees in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science, and holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University. In the last 25 years he has held a variety of algorithmic leadership positions in the high-tech industry. His work spans a variety of areas including machine vision, NLP, algorithmic finance, machine learning and applied physics. In parallel to his industrial job, he teaches in the Department of Statistics and has published over 25 scientific papers.

Yotam is a researcher of machine learning, working at eBay for the past 5 years. Prior to that, Yotam did his master's degree at the Technion under the supervision of Shaul Markovitch, where he worked on applications of deep learning models of NLP tasks. Yotam’s current research interests mostly revolves around eCommerce rec-sys, and user preference modeling on the one hand and applying NLP methods to user generated content on the other.

Dr. Sivan Tamir is Head of Bioethics & Genetic Policy Unit at KSM – Maccabi Research and Innovation Center. She is also a teaching fellow at the Faculty of Law, and a research fellow in the International Center for Health, Law, and Ethics at the University of Haifa. Dr. Tamir is a researcher in the fields of medical law and bioethics, specialising in genethics, AI ethics, big data ethics, clinical research ethics and reproductive ethics. She is the former Coordinator of the National Helsinki Committee for Human Medical Research (Ministry of Health), and a former researcher in the Genetic Policy & Bioethics Unit, at the Gertner Institute for Epidemiology & Health Policy Research (Sheba Medical Centre) and at the Israel Tech Policy Institute. Dr. Tamir is a member of the Advisory Committee on Bioethics for the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities. 

Roee earned his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in the School of Electrical Engineering in Tel-Aviv University, and has over 15 years of experience in developing Computer Vision algorithms. Roee joined Rafael in 2020 as the Computer Vision Research Lead of the Tel-Aviv R&D Center. Before Rafael, Roee worked at AWS on the document understanding service "Amazon Textract", and before that at GM on the hands-free driving solution "Ultra Cruise".

Head of the Data Science and R&D departments at Quantum Inc company, where high-tech solutions help companies worldwide gain critical predictions through data analytics, significantly reduce costs, and distribute workloads more efficiently through intelligent automation. Michael has in-depth expertise in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and NLP. The main domains of Michael's experience are Healthcare, AgriTech, and Geo Analytics. During Michael's leadership, Quantum's R&D team was among the top 3 winners of the 3rd Autonomous Greenhouse Challenge (Netherlands).
Also, Michael publishes scientific publications and has several patents. Michael regularly performs at technical summits and actively realizes the company's mentoring, internship, and professional growth programs.

Shahar Harel is the the Head of AI at Quris, where he tackles some of the world's greatest challenges in the drug development space. Previously to Quris, he led data science teams both in NASDAQ-listed companies and in smaller, highly innovative startups. Shahar holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. During his research with Dr. Kira Radinsky, Shahar developed generative deep learning methods for generation of novel chemical compounds with unique characteristics, with the ultimate goal of accelerating drug discovery and development. His research works are presented at high profile data science conferences and published in top-tier pharmaceutical science journals.

Ziv Freund joined Elbit Systems - EW & SIGINIT - Elisra in 2002 as an Algorithm Engineer in the field of computer vision. Ziv led Elisra's Computer Vision R&D group from 2012 to 2017. As of 2017, Ziv has been leading Elisra's AI R&D group, which focuses on applying artificial intelligence to different problems in signal processing, such as radar, communication and acoustic signals. Ziv holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
